Cheat Day and the next day

I am really happy with my results and decided I would defintely take avantage of cheat day.  I ate a couple of mini lemon cup cakes at an event and string cheese...then I had chips and salsa (along with a "proper" meal)...lastly, I had black licrice..oiy vey!  I did not feel good after all of the junk.  back on track on Sunday and today, Monday.  I weighed myself...still up one pound from teh cheat day...i know it will go away. 

Oh, I purchased 20lb kettleball  and will get started later this weeek.  heading out of town for 3 days.

2nd week weigh in

I've been so busy I haven't posted for a few days.  I'm happy to report a 4 lb weight loss and 4 inch loss too! I'm down 9lbs and 9.25 inches in 2 weeks!

I'm happy to see the loss because I really had a few challenges.  I had breakfast a 7am one day and then didn't eat until 4pm ...I had a proper meal, but I know I waited too long...then the next day I went to a party, had wine, some custom chocolate and no dinner.....

I know I will be able to incorporate all of this protein and low carb into my life after losing the weight.  I'm looking forward to my cheat day today...I want fruit!

One full week!

Today I stayed the course food wise.  I just had a hard boiled egg at 4:00pm  because I won't get home until later and last night I didn't trust myself to stop by a grocery store for something already made..too many temptations in the store when you shop hungry.  Since I eat lunch around 12:00, I need to plan on something before I have diner at 7:00pm ish...I think that might eb too long to wait.

I looked at the scale today and think I lost anohter couple of pounds...the officail day is Saturday, but this is working really well!

Yesreday I was hungry and thought about carbs (crunchy salty carbs like tortilla chips!)...and I am thinking it was because I didn't eat at the right times on Sunday...anyway, I avoided tempation and got back on track time wise.

Day6

Yesterday, cheat day,  I really didn't crave anything except an apple.  so I gota  perfect organic crisp apple and it was fantastic!...I had a  4HB lunch and then convinced myself to get another cheat thing... so I had a custard brioche from Champagne bakery,,,guess I should have had it in the morning, because it was a bit dry...hmmm, not the best cheat...lastly, I had homemade buttreed popcorn and it was good....didn't have dinner, that was enough.

So, today Iwas back on track with eggs, spinach and lentils in the morning.  I went to the barn and didn't get back unitl 3pm. I lunch was really late...probably not good for me to wait so long, but I wasn't hungr...I WAS really thirsty...probably the salt in the popcorn yesterday...I'm happy not haver craved carbs today after cheat day...looking forward to losing more this week!

Wooo Hoo! Weigh in Day!

ok, you wouldn't think weigh in day would be exciting...but it IS!  I lost 5 lbs...yep, 5lbs! and lost 5.5 inches too!  Hello....that is in 4 stinkin' days :-D  

Such a big boost to stay motivated and get fit....today is cheat day, I'm sure I will have something, but at the moment, I don't know what...I will either blog later or will mention it tomorrow.

day 4

well, the food part of this is going just great.  basically, I am repeating the same meals...Tim said it made it easier and he is right...no thinking about whats for dinner, or making a bad choice because I have waited so long that I am starving.

 Tomorrow is weigh in and measure day along with a cheat day.  I will start with the repeatble breakfast eggs, spinach and lentils with red pepper flakes..then I will most likely have Mexican for lunch...i love chips and salsa... and I know I will havea pioece of fruit.....but we will see what tomorrow brings.
